20 minute interview with single interviewer , application online and got an interview a month later. Personality type questions were asked and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone at the office was very nice and welcoming to the interview candidates.

Got interviewed with a panel of 3, and it was a 30 minute process. Very engaging. It was straight forward nothing complicated and started off with telling them a bit about myself.

Interview
Zoom interview with a panel of senior leadership nurses from the unit. They give you an opportunity to introduce yourself, ask you questions, allow you to ask them questions, and give an overview of what the program entails.
All behavioral and getting-to-know-me questions. Nothing tricky. 2 interviewers through Zoom with 30-minute slot time. I smiled the entire time (whether they did or not) and I wasn't too serious.
