There were three different rounds of interviews. The first two were one-on-one meetings with my direct manager and the last round was with the HR director. The interview process was friendly and welcoming.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your previous experiences?
What sets you apart from other candidates?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA Health (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Got a call for on-site interview one week after I submitted the application. I showed them what I knew about the position they were hiring right after the self introduction, before they asked. They asked a lot about my current job duties. I tried to connect my current job duties to the job description they had online, to show them I will be a good fit for this position. The interview was about 1 hour long. Had live-scan/background check and references check two weeks after the on-site interview.

Question 1
What is your strength and weakness? Why do you think you are a good fit for this position? What (skills/knowledge/experience) can you bring to our department?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UCLA Health (Santa Monica, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied in September, interviewed in October. It is now November and I still have not heard back from the department. I interviewed with the senior analyst, manager, and another person. Took about 20 minutes. I was told that I would hear back from someone regardless. Two months after initial contact, still nothing. I have followed up but no replies. Application status is still "routed to supervisor" but at this point, it's safe to assume that I was not selected

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA Health (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2018

Pretty simple, met with the hiring manager in her office, had the interview. She just asked why I wanted to work here and gave me a run down of the day to day job. That's it. Simple.
