Fairly standard process with skills assessment, video interview, then remote interviews assessing skills in a real-life scenario.
The remote interviews were back-to-back and were not necessarily with the team / manager you will be working with.

Question 1
Several rounds, pretty standard process with skills assessment, video interview, then remote interviews assessing skills in a real-life scenario. Applied for the technology internship and found the process standard, similar to most other big banks.
E.g - give me an example of when you overcame a difficulty when working as a team.
Summer Intern program for the COO department. The process included a Hirevue, online tests (30 minutes, personality and aptitude), and then two video call interviews. These were with different team MDs, mid-seniority. Questions required knowledge of investment banking workflows and process, minimal financial technicals.
It was pretty straightforward and the questions were practical and what you would expect. They asked a lot about my resume. They were very welcoming. I was told there would be two rounds but there was only one.
