Offer was not up to market standards and they asked to use personal devices for office purpose, company doesn't even invest in buying basic IT hardware, it was a big turn down
The interviewer provided a detailed case study of about one page with about 5 follow up questions. This was followed by a conversational style interview covering background, functional knowledge and reasons for applying.
