Interview
First there was a standard phone call with the HR. Discussing the CV, motivation, experience, checking the english level. The phone call with managers included technical questions, brain teasers, level of programming knowloegde. Very nice atmosphere, even if you dont know the answer. The feedback by mail in about a week.

What do you know about UBS? Definition of VAR. How can you calculate VAR?
First round was panel Interview with 2 people, Ask questions on Statistics and resume. One was the VP of the team and other was regional manager. The Interview was not that difficult. But then I was ghosted. There was no reply from either HR or anyone else, I tried contacting them several times
4 rounds in total, 1 HR and 3 interviews with different members of the team, overall a smooth process with focus on the candidate experience and the value add to the team
