The interview process consisted of resume drop, one phone interview and a superday of interviews. The phone interview I had was with two of the department managers and it lasted for about 30 minutes. The superday consisted of 3 one-on-one interviews with different people and the whole atmosphere was pretty laid back. We also had a group exercise after lunch.
