Solicited by recruiter multiple times. Met with clinical director who gave a case scenario and asked what I would do in an initial session. Was prompted with further questions suggesting that they were looking for more.

Something along the lines: What would you do in this case?
Someone reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we set up a phone call within the next week. I have been a licensed therapist for 6 years, but because I recently moved to California, they said I would be considered a new clinician making the lowest tiered salary. I found this to be unfair, and the salary was not competitive.
