Pros

remote environment, transparency around policy changes, great colleagues, PTO easily approved, strong training provided

Cons

mgmt not always available for clinical consultation needs however policy is it's required in crisis situations (putting you in a bind), very minimal opportunities for growing into leadership/promotion in general despite being told this through interview process, culture of positivity required - have to be VERY careful with how you provide critical or challenging feedback

Pros

Great culture, lots of community engagement, ease of process, always looking to improve work-life balance

Cons

I honestly don’t like having to work with clients who are not a fit. Clients often do a bait and switch with timeslots and counting it against the clinician is unfair
