1 interview with HR, then christmas holidays and vacations on january, two months after twilio refuses my application without feedback, full ghosting, Im really dissapointed about twilio process, i really expect more

The interview had 5 technical rounds. They were average in difficulty. Twilio really need to work on their HRs. HRs are very unprofessional. They would schedule your interview even though they know they won't be able to match your expectations. After giving 5 hours of interviews, they offered me 40% less than what I am currently making. My advice is to get a number(CTC) from HR before starting the process. They just asked me if I am open to negotiation I said yes but not less than <given ctc>. When I asked for a number from them, they gave me vague answers. I only went for the process because I thought the company is good so would be HRs. But I am really disappointed
