Two phone interviews - one with the recruiter then with hiring manager followed by an in-office interview with 4 people. Two of the interviews were standard the other two were not genuine in that the questions were mostly geared to milk me for my expertise and thoughts to current problems/issues they are facing. They did not seem genuinely interested in considering me as a candidate. I read about this same thing posted by other users on Glassdoor. As a result, I have a very negative impression of Twilio.
