Interview
Straightforward but a little strange. The interviewer did not turn on their camera and the person interviewing could not answer questions about the job role. At first there was an assessment after which came the oral interview. After which I never heard back from them.

The process began with an online assessment that involved analyzing data provided in an Excel sheet and answering related questions. The assessment also included a few behavioral questions, and I was selected for the next round.

Interview
Online assessment focused on SxS AI response comparisons. Not the most challenging assessment, with unclear and often misleading instructions. This is then followed by an interview, assuming you pass the skills assessment.

The Interview was moderate with maths and guesstimate questions and about previous work experience. The interview can be AI based or there will be panel as some of colleagues have AI interview.
