I have passed all interviews and exams and I have been accepted for matching the jobs but I'm waiting about 16 months and still, I haven't heard anything from them

Applying online is easy and user-friendly. You don't need to complete several hours of tests (unlike similar companies) to get to the interview. After completing the required tests, you'll be invited for the technical interview. They send you an email saying that you will need to share the screen and work on your laptop. It's not true. As soon as the interview starts, a "LeetCode" style webpage opens up with a programming problem. No greetings, no explanations, just a problem and a timer going. You have to share the webcam and mic, but the interviewer doesn't. So they can see and hear you but you can't. The only way to communicate is via chat. So after getting familiar with what was going on the screen I decided to ask for a clarification. I got an immediate answer like "if I help you it's not fair for the other candidates", then what's the point of a 1-1 interview if I can't even ask for a clarification? Their system lacks basic features like creating custom tests and debugging. There is only one simple test case like "if input is 2 and 3 than the output has to be 2". After the interview they say to provide the result within 24 hours, but I got the answer 10 days later (after sending reminders). If they hire only 1% of the candidates, they should take the responsibility of rejecting the 99% of them properly and provide clear instructions.
