It was very thorough and straight to the point. Being I have previously worked for the company I knew what to expect . They explain the hiring process, the merger, the new training methods and made sure I didn’t have any questions

Question 1
How flexible was I schedule wise being I had small children.
First a recruiter called with a phone interview then I had an in person interview with two different people. Questions were easy to answer as it was a first job and I had little experience.
The interview phone screen was quick and simple and lasted roughly 10 minutes. I was informed of next steps and i received a call back the next day. The second call was basically on boarding and job offer

Quick. The manager was very cold. I wouldn't work there or bank there. She seemed to have the personality of a stump. I'm surprised they have customers. The whole branch was robotic.
