Easy basic questions. No testing of your financial knowledge . They are looking for people who know the business and can sell . They do go through a personality test to look for good culture fit

Very nice people, down to earth. Everything was more about getting to know me as a person rather than how I handled certain situations. It spoke volumes about the culture and the people the look for.
