Interview
Everything is fine except for the psychological tests. There are so many, and the psycologist is kind of unrespctful. The place were you take all those tests is horrible and smell really bad. Is not in the comapny, is in a private office. I think Triple-S should consider changing the psycologist rush.

Every kind of psycological test, including one that required to build something usine a kind of building blocks.
They use their web page to receive electronic job resumes. HR Technicians review the resumes and select job candidates that fill job requirements. They call these candidates for a telephone preliminary interview, then they decide whom will be contact for a personal interview. They use the Target Selection Method (Behavioral Interviewing) to interview job candidates. They select at least 3 candidates for a second interview with the supervisor or department manager. The supervisor selects the better candidate. HR Technician refer him or her to a psychometric evaluation. Depending of the result, they made a job offer, which is subject to the result of a drug test.
