The recruiter reached out to me and asked to schedule an interview. But, first, she was late for the interview. Afterward, we schedule a second interview with one of the managers. The interview lasted 45 minutes, and the manager said I would hear from them soon. I waited for two weeks and didn't hear anything. So I decided to send a follow-up email to the recruiter, but I didn't get any reply. Almost two months have passed since the second interview, and I didn't hear from them. I am very disappointed with the interview process. Even if you don't wish to continue with the candidate, let him know; it doesn't hurt.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with the recruiting team. I apologize that you never received a follow-up call after interviewing with one of our managers. We strive to ensure we respond in a timely manner to every candidate we engage with, and in this case, that does not seem to have happened. I will share this feedback with the team to ensure we do better next time.

The interview process started with a recruiter reaching out after I applied. Initially, the recruiter asked to schedule a meeting, and I provided my availability. However, she did not send a calendar invitation, leaving me unsure if the meeting was confirmed. I sent a follow-up email, but she didn’t respond. Later, she mentioned she was on vacation and didn’t see the point in emailing me about it. On the meeting day, she was late and didn’t apologize.
Despite this, I passed the initial phone interview and proceeded to a video call with the hiring manager. The interview lasted around 45 minutes, and at the end, I was told the recruiter would follow up soon. Unfortunately, no one reached out, even after 3.5 months. I sent two follow-up emails to the recruiter and one LinkedIn message, but none received a response. I also messaged the hiring manager on LinkedIn, but there was no reply from them either.
The lack of communication and follow-up throughout the process was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It reflected poorly on the company's hiring practices, which seemed disorganized and disrespectful.
