Interview process consisted of phone screening with recruiter, easy "homework assignment" that had to be completed, then interview with hiring manager. Withdrew as the role was below my current salary and benefits were not comparable (lower bonus and other compensation, less vacation time, and so on... free lunch doesn't make up for low base and bonus and losing vacation time).

First interview was half an hour with the hiring manager, learning about me and my experience. Second was a review of the technical task assigned with another member of the team.
