Submitted CV though their website, was contacted by a member of HR and given a telephone interview, then given an exercise to complete, then a 30 minute Skype interview.
The HR manager kept calling me by a more exotic version of my very common name. Fun sure, but not my name.
Ultimately I'm assuming 'they were just not that into me' because no one actually bothered to get back to me after all that.
If you have time to give candidates multiple interviews and exercises to complete, you have time to send them a one line email. Frankly, it's just plain rude.
To summarise: frustrating.
