No structure. Random personal questions that are not appropriate and are too personal. Demanded immediate start which was impossible due to current notice period. Office very nice though maybe interviewer just was not properly trained
Time wasters. We spoke, I did a test, and they never had the decency to respond to an email again despite multiple attempts to follow up. Just a rude approach and a complete waste of time after putting time into the process. I'd avoid a company that have an HR team who can't even take the time to recruit properly.
