Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds: coding assessment, live coding, and a final interview. The technical part was fair, but the recruiting experience was disappointing. I was asked for proof of 7+ years of experience that I could not reasonably provide because a past employer no longer exists. Communication was inconsistent, and several messages went unanswered. The process felt unnecessarily time-consuming and poorly managed.

Interview
Screening session went well and was professional and still relaxed. HR recruiter clearly explained requirements and had space for my follow-up questions regarding the position. I have only positive feedback from screening call.
By far the worse interview experience with the VP. Interviewer does not respect your time and ended the call while I was still talking. Felt like he judge based on his mood rather than on work experience. Attitude was somewhat arrogant. Nonetheless, interview experience with HR and Hiring Manager was pleasant as they were polite and respectful.
