First round was less than 10 questions, 1 interview, 30min. 1 behavioral/situational interview w/ 1-2 employees. Second/final round was 20 questions, 3 interviews, 2 hours. 1 informational interview w/ program manager, 2 behavioral/situational interviews each with one employee. Know basics of insurance and industry, use big interview or self-recordings to practice, do company research, dress nice, etc. standard interview prep. Overall, positive interview experience and nice people!
