Initially there was a short phone interview. Then there was a typing test, basic skills analysis, and mock sales call. The interview was Relaxed, comfortable, and the interviewer was kind. The interview was typical if most work places today. Several weeks later an offer was extended via phone.

The first thing after you fill out the application is a phone interview. After that I had an interview with 2 managers and then an interview with the HR rep. After that I had another interview with the Sales Director. After all of that I received a phone call and got the job. over all it took about 2 to 3 weeks.
