Interview
I had a phone interview with a recruiter that was a few standard questions including salary requirements. Next I interviewed with Two people on the subrogation training team. Standard Questions "what would you do in this situation" Two days later I had an interview with another two people on the training team. Same kind of questions looking for more specific expamples. My final interview was with the AVP of Subrogation. I recieved the job offer the next day.
