I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2023
Interview
I had 2-3 interviews. The first interview was with the head of the department I would be in. He described the area they would need my help in and we spoke about my job history. The second interview was with two developers. There were some technical questions and we discussed our working styles. I got a JavaScript question wrong but they were very casual about it so I didn't feel bad. The "3rd" interview was supposed to be a part of the second interview but the interviewer was sick that day. This was with someone who be be directly above me, he asked me some technical back-end related questions that I had no issues answering. A few architectural questions as well. The in-house recruiter was very communicative and let me know what I should expect at each stage of the process. A week later I got an email saying that they were closing this position due to restructuring.

Interview
Normal screening call for background, initial interview after with experience questions and some technical questions, then a one on one with the hiring manager and team lead which was more of a culture fit with a couple technical related questions and a chance for you to ask project specific questions.

Interview
Due to the large size, the recruiter you work will keep you informed, but they will not setup your interviews. They communicate well with you and the recruiting team and scheduling team work really well together to keep the process moving really quickly.
My recruiter kept me informed with the steps of the process, but will say that the feedback from the interview was a little slow for what I would have liked. I was concerned about the timing as it took about a week and a half with no communication after my last interview, then was given the offer. It made me feel like I did not get the job, but that was the only bad part about the whole process
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2024
Interview
It was an ok interview, one of the key interviewers is late to the panel and just asked in detail Questions and left the panel in 10 mins. Interviewer should have shown interest towards the panel and be more interactive than just a one on one question
