I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Dayton, OH) in Aug 2023
Interview
A screener call was requested a week after I submitted the application. The screener call was professional and pleasant. I received an interview with two members of the team two weeks later. In this virtual call the interviewers read off a script of questions and were very rigid. They gave me a slightly negative impression of the company and the role, citing their favorite parts being 'how busy they are all the time' and stressing that you have to be okay with being underwater with the work load, and they weren't prepared to explain what sets Travelers apart or what I could do to help prepare for success in the role. I got the distinct impression that they'd already made up their mind and were zoned out while I answered questions. 3 weeks later I got a generic decline email.
