I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
It was a long process but standard in this industry. It was many years ago so I don't have much to contribute other than answer honesty, be prepared with knowledge of the company and ask questions.

Question 1
I interviewed many years ago, I can not recall specifics.
The process was very welcoming. They asked a lot of personal questions as to why I want work there as well as experience that I have. There’s a screening interview and then there are about three interviews after that with different members of the team.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Travelers (Alpharetta, GA) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview was with 2 managers and their manager. They were very personable and easy to talk to. I felt like the interview was like having a casual conversation. I honestly didn’t think I got the job because the interview ended on time and I wasn’t sure if something I said ruined my chance but they offered me the job the next day.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2024
Interview
Casual and loaded with typical generic interview questions one would expect when dealing with a national insurance carrier. Questions around past experiences and "How would you handle....xyz" questions. Nothing out of left field.
