Long, basic behavioral questions,several questions, multiple phases through interview. About 3 to 4 hours long. Be prepared to stay most of the day. Interviewers are nice. Be prepared to ask questions on the back end.

DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Where do I begin, folks- they people will bring you in, make you go through all of their hoops, then deny your candidacy in the end! And I was brought in by a friend who is the HEAD of the total loss department in Charlotte. I was passed on a job for which I have YEARS of experience doing- makes absolutely no sense! This is the THIRD time around for me- three strikes and I'm out. I went through the ENTIRE hiring process three different times for three different roles over a period of 2 years. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. My best advice to anyone currently or wanting to apply with Travelers- DON'T - there are more respected and worthwhile organizations out there!!! NO RESPECT FOR TRAVELERS, CHARLOTTE OFFICE.
