I applied online. I interviewed at Travelers (Houston, TX) in Sep 2022
Interview
This is a very responsive employer. The interview process was positive, professional, and efficient. First, I applied on the company website and took an online assessment. About a week later, a recruiter emailed to schedule a 30-45 minute phone conversation (interview). The recruiter was friendly and personable. She asked the typical interview questions as well as 4-5 STAR questions. At the end of our conversation, I was told that I would be moving forward and scheduled the second interview for the next day. The great thing about Travelers is, they help set you up for success. Before my second interview, I received an e mail with important tips and sample STAR questions to help prepare. This proved to be a great resource and helped tremendously. The second interview was an extension of the first. This time I was interviewed by a recruiter and hiring manager (again, very nice people) who asked many more STAR questions as well as questions about a few Travelers commercials I was asked to view beforehand. At the end of the interview I was introduced to a CSR who told me a little more about the position and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. All in all, the second interview (plus time with the CSR) took about 1.5 hours. Do not sleep on this interview. Be well prepared and you will be fine. I was told I would hear back from them within 24-72 hours and I did. On day three, I received a verbal offer (contingent on a background check). A little over a week later I received a phone call that my background check came back fine and was congratulated on my new position!

Interview
I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
