      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Travelers (North Houston, TX) in Jan 2015

      Interview

I only had a phone interview and it lasted approximately 20 minutes. She asked me to describe some of my previous experience and how it relates to this position. I was also asked if I was willing to travel and that during a disaster would I be prepared to be ready to leave within 24 hours. One question was why I am interested in this position and why I specifically chose Travelers.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers

      Interview

I was first contacted about 3 days after inputting my application for a phone interview, which lasted a little over an hour. It consisted of basic phone interview questions. Immediately after, I was sent an employment job application to fill out some missing information that was needed. I was called by the recruiter the next day to come in to their offices and take a 3-4 hour assessment. The assessment consisted of problem solving questions having to do with math, reading and writing. After I passed the assessment, i was invited to a face to face interview. The interview lasted 4 hours during which time I spoke to a supervisor in the department, then a current employee working the same position I applied for, followed by an Interview with the department manager. Overall the experience was difficult but not impossible. I thought the company did a great job keeping in contact with me throughout the interview process and I admire their HR department.
