      Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster Interview

      Mar 23, 2019

      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Travelers (Richardson, TX) in Feb 2019

      Interview

The process lasted a little over 2 months. I completed my application and assessment test all at once which took a total of about 2 hours. After the assessment test was completed, I was immediately informed by the website that I passed the test and may be contacted by a recruiter. I received an email from a recruiter about 3 weeks later, scheduling a phone interview a week after that. The phone interview was 30 minutes long, consisting of some pretty in-depth questions regarding my previous experience and work ethic. The recruiter let me know she would be recommending me to move forward to the panel inteviews. I had to wait on a call from the interview scheduler, which came about two weeks later, then my interview was a a week after that. The panel interview consisted of four people total and two interviews. There were two people in each hour long interview. The questions were the questions you can expect in a STAR interview, but the interviewers had great personalities and made it flow easily. I was advised I would be notified of their decision within the next week. I received a call from my recruiter a couple days later with the good news that I got the job! The background check followed and consisted of a drug test, extensive criminal history check, employment verification, and credit check. In conclusion, the process was very lengthy but it was worth it all to now be working at such a great company, alongside so many intelligent and friendly people.
