It was first an online assessment then a phone interview . She first asked me which questions I had for her which I thought would be something I'd ask at the end , so I asked those questions I had prepared first about the company . Then she went over my background/work history in detail asking about my responsibilities, why I left, and what I liked most and least about each position. Then she asked me about what do I think customer service is . I feel like I choked on this because I wanted to say a scripted answer I had written down Haha and couldn't find it and just said some random stuff which I could've prepared for better but that's my fault . Then she asked about a time I went out of my way to help a customer .
