I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Travelers (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
It was first an online assessment then a phone interview . She first asked me which questions I had for her which I thought would be something I'd ask at the end , so I asked those questions I had prepared first about the company .
Then she went over my background/work history in detail asking about my responsibilities, why I left, and what I liked most and least about each position.
Then she asked me about what do I think customer service is . I feel like I choked on this because I wanted to say a scripted answer I had written down Haha and couldn't find it and just said some random stuff which I could've prepared for better but that's my fault . Then she asked about a time I went out of my way to help a customer .

Interview
I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
