Online skills test (1hr), phone interview with HR- standard questions, in-person interview (had to travel 3.5 hours and Travelers offered NO reimbursement Interviewer rushed the process and it felt like they already made a decision for the role.

Very impersonal; Star type questions. The interview felt very script like and not conversational on a personal level. Research STAR interview question.

Very long interview process. Applied online, received a link to complete an assessment the next day. 2 weeks later got a call from a recruiter for a phone interview. 2 weeks later was contacted again to set up a zoom interview for the following week. About a week later got called with a job offer starting a month later. The process took 2.5 months from application to first day of work.
