Interview
So I'll give you the play by play to help you guys out. So this position as others have said is one phone screen and two in person interviews. After I applied it probably took around two weeks for me to get an email requesting a phone screen. The phone screen was pretty straightforward to me. It was around thirty minutes. She asked some pretty basic questions, what my salary ask was, whether I work in a team or alone, and we went over my resume. She asked me a few behavioral questions and asked me if I had any questions. I asked her to give me a day to day in the role which later ended up being BENEFICIAL. She sent my info to the hiring manager I got an email around two days later to set up my first in person, there was a bit of delay because it's the holiday times but I had my first in person a couple weeks later with two supervisors. The interview was quite short, mostly behavioral questions. I was then asked if I wanted to do a shadow and that took around 40 minutes. I made sure to make note mentally of the way they receive work, some of the workflows, and to ask questions. Do not just sit and watch. After that I went back and they asked me about what I observed to see if I had paid attention. Then I was told it was the beginning of the hiring process so they were unsure when I would get a call back. Two days later I was called to schedule a second interview in person for the next week. That interview had a Operations Manager and a HR rep. The bulk of it was discussing my resume and by the time we finished, we had already answered five of the questions. After that, five days later I got a contingent job offer. The requirement is that you drug test within two business days, I did mine same day and started my background check. Stay on top of the background check because hireright is NOTORIOUS for lagging and try to get all the W2s and what not you can prior. That cleared in about a week and I got my start date. Good luck you guys! Research the company really well and ask questions about the position. First interview is to determine you have the skills, just remember this is entry level so you can get it! Second interview is to determine you're a good fit for travelers so focus on company culture and values that you share.

Question 1
What are some of your strengths? What are some of your areas of opportunity?
The interview process was weird. I had multiple interviews in one day. I thought that was strange. There is a manager interview, then a peer interview, and then the final interview of the day is with the VP and HR.

Interview
After submitting my application online, I received an email to take an online assessment. Upon satisfactory completion of the assessment, I was emailed 2 days later to schedule a phone screening. There were 2 Zoom interviews after that and an offer was made a week after my final interview. Overall, the process was easy and you can tell that they thoroughly assess all applicants prior to making an offer. Lots of STAR questions, so prepare for those.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely wonderful. Every single person I interacted with was very kind and helpful. Just a heads up tho, it is a lot of behavioral questions. Look up the STAR method and utilize for your interview. Other than that, the process is lengthy. As they take there time to thoroughly interview a candidate. I went through 3 interview process before hearing decision. Phase one is with the recruiter, then phase two is with the person in charge of your team. Lastly, phase three is with the big boss and senior HR. I really do hope this helps anyone else interview process with Travelers. Good luck everyone!
