I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter before being invited for an in-house interview at the office. There was one manager from the office and two HR reps on the phone.

Easy, just answer basic questions. Everyone was really friendly. Phone interview lasted a few minutes. Simple, quick questions. First interview was with my manager and another unit manager. Got a call the same week for an interview in 2 days. Second interview with the head of HR and a really high manager. Received the good news a week after that.
