Long and redundant. Expect you to take a whole day off just for them. Testing has nothing to do with application. Multiple interviews with the same questions asked in different ways. I could think of a better way to waste a day.

Thank you for the honest review. We hear you and we are excited to say that we roll out new online assessments within the next month. Candidates will be able to take an assessment at their own convenience, without having to come into our offices. The expected completion time for most assessments will be approximately one hour. Additionally, we are updating our interview questions/processes to improve the candidate experience. Thank you for taking the time to apply to Travelers.

Interview
Very long interview process. Applied online, received a link to complete an assessment the next day. 2 weeks later got a call from a recruiter for a phone interview. 2 weeks later was contacted again to set up a zoom interview for the following week. About a week later got called with a job offer starting a month later. The process took 2.5 months from application to first day of work.
Great conversation with the Hiring Director. Get to know each other and the basic fundamentals of your career path. Look forward to the next steps here but you won't allow me to view your website without this measly review.
