The process initially began with a phone interview that lasted about a half an hour. During the phone interview it briefly discussed the role of the internship and asked why I would like to work there, as well as why I felt I was qualified for the job. After that I was brought in to the Hartford office for an in person interview. Here I was interviewed by two managers and a VP, which took about 2 hours total. They were very friendly and asked your typical interview questions.
