I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Oakville, ON) in Sep 2015
Interview
The Process was time-consuming mostly due to their background checks. Initially, you go through a phone pre-screen type of interview. If successful, you are then scheduled for a one on one interview with one of the department managers. If successful there, you are then scheduled for a final interview with the director. Each interview lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. The worst part of the interview process is the background check if they decide to move forward with you. They advised it would take 2 weeks but can last up to 3 & it's often you doing all the legwork & not them. They also focused their attention on validating salaries of previous employers which quite frankly is none of their business.

Interview
I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
