The next stage was an interview with the Financial Controller, which focused mainly on technical accounting knowledge and practical experience. Questions were based on real-life accounting scenarios, previous responsibilities, and problem-solving approaches.
The final stage involved meeting with the CFO. This discussion was more focused on my interest in joining the company, my career motivations, and what attracted me to the position and organisation overall.
