Transcontinental Corporation interview questions

Worst interview ever. The interviewer manager talked about her experience, her life and accomplishments during all the interview. She received a phone call and a text msg during the interview and told me that it was to confirm her lunch-date! At the very end, finally she asked my to name 3 skills that may be important for that position. That was the interview! I quite the recruitment process right after the interview. She obviously is a complete unorganized person, with not skills for communication, and no sens of professionalism.
