The process was long and although I progressed far in the interview, I was not provided an official decision until more than a month after my last interview. What had been a very friendly recruiter turned into a ghost. It was very disappointing. What I got was a generic email to tell me I didn’t get it.

Applied through the on-campus program, interviews were held in person (Columbia University)
Round 1: Leetcode Round easy to medium questions(but ended up asking a non leetcode type question)
Interviewer was nice, you had to code on their own device in VSCode

Interview
I met some great people. It was a positive experience with them. I wish this was more of a conversation versus interrogation; meaning they ask you a lot of questions, but you don't get a true opportunity to engage with them.
It consists of 3 overall interview blocks. The last being multiple sessions.
They'll cover multiple scenarios between:
- screener
- verification of coding (2x)
- create a tdd
and then there is the 4 hour meeting...
There is a lot of time to invest in here. Be prepared because if you go through all of this and do not get the role, they will not give you any feedback. The response is nearly the same as an automated rejection letter: After heavy consideration...
