Interview
The first round interview was with the Manager of the Department, asking about the Finance department, the work, past working experience and the company details. The second round was with the HR. Questions concerned your work attitude, habits, practice, personality etc. The interviews were not very difficult. They mostly focus on personality, qualifications, skills and past working experience.

2 interviews. They first is just to give a brief introduction of yourself. And they will spend a long time explain compensation system and training system. After the first interview, they will let you watch several videos on youtube about financial planning and also tranamerica back ground story. Also, you need to think of 10 goals to bring it to the second interview.
