One on One with District Manager, upfront discussion on requirements, and what are your current sales production like. Not very detailed, but again upfront questions about your desire to do the job and clear upfront expectations.

Easy. Straightforward. Well explained. I enjoyed speaking with a recruiter. They helped me understand exactly what the company had to offer. I would recommend hearing this company out if you are interested in an opportunity with an uncapped earning potential.
Very smooth, more conversation back and forth rather than just question after question. Very personable. Interview process was 3 separate interviews. Each interview is about a week apart and with 3 different people. Usually goes HR, then head of department, then manager.

It is your normal insurance sales position where you are given the payment schedule and variety of products. After interviewing you are sent what they call a popscreen which generates your suitability for the position.
