20 minute one-on-one discussion with current employee. Asked standardized behavior based questions before going into typical discussion based interview. Interviewer spent more time writing down my responses than actually listening to me.

One round on campus interview and one on site interview. The onsite interview consisted of 2 30 minute interviews and a group exercise. Did not accept the offer because they offered me less than a male peer with less exams than me.
