I applied online. I interviewed at TransUnion (Chicago, IL) in May 2017
Interview
Very smooth interview process. Phone screen by friendly HR representative followed by 30 minute phone interview by hiring manager. Last step was onsite interview with 7 individuals. Everyone was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Conversational interview styles really put me at ease.
Even though it says on the website that there will be great communication throughout the process, there was not. I was told one thing about how my application would progress but then that didn't come to fruition. Need more transparency and better communication.

Can be complex. Recruiting department screens and then uses midpoint analysis to determine if you fit their salary range. They then call and set up phone screening and video conference interviews
