15 minute qpone screen followed by 45 minute call from hiring manager. The questions were verifying qualifications, why I want to work there, why I would be a good fit. The annoying part is that I was asked if I was proficient in Python during the phone screen and I said no. It also was not listed on my resume. During the hiring manager interview, after 45 minutes he asked if I was proficient in Python and I said no. He then said that was a deal breaker and went on to say that he only wanted to talk with me because he was curious about my background. That was a waste of everyone's time.
