Within 2 weeks I had a basic on phone interview which explained covered the job position and my background. I was then invited out to a local office for a full day, 7 rounds of interviews. You will get grilled on everything from experience, career goals, life goals, and you ability to fit into Toyota culture. Make sure you have at least 10 questions you can ask as you'll burn through a lot quickly.

The person interviewing me basically told me he was looking to hire someone he wouldn't mind spending 6 hours in a car ride with. Out of the 20 minutes I spend interviewing with him he spoke for about 15 minutes and only spent 5 minutes listening to me.
