I applied online and was invited to a phone interview 2 weeks later. It was an initial call with their HR to ensure I met all the candidacy requirements. 1 week later they arranged a 45 minutes video call for me to meet with 4 of their team members. I talked about my past projects and they went pretty deep into my design process. All the members interviewed me were all manager level, so they know a great deal and the conversation was pleasant. Afterwards I stopped hearing from them. Not a single rejection email. I get that they're a big company, but they can definitely do better in communicating more with their candidates.
