Applied online at the company’s website and took about 1 week before they called for a phone interview with HR. After that, it took about a month and half before they called again for interviews with direct managers. Interview was straightforward consisting of a 3 panel interview in which various members from the area inquired about past experiences, skills and future plans. Interview was really more of a conversation and you could really feel that, more than answering the right way, they were looking to see if you are a right fit for their corporate culture. After that, it took about 3 weeks to receive an email from HR that I wasn’t chosen for the position.
