Interview
There is a typing test, grammar adherence test as well as a 4 week training course where you will cover MOST of the topics that you will be handling as a Customer Relations Specialist. There is also a 90 day training window from when you become a "live" agent. There is a constant monitoring of schedule and script adherence.
