I interviewed in Fall 2018 for a Senior Strategist role. It consisted of a phone screen, an extensive panel interview, and a more informal follow-up. I was asked to explain some of my previous experience. I was also asked a series of behavioral questions that were used to assess my fit for the role. In addition, I was given a case study a few days before the panel interview and I was asked to present my research and recommendations during the interview.
Everyone seemed like they were genuinely interested in getting to know me to assess whether I would be a good fit for the organization and the team. I did not feel like they were trying to weed me out of the process at anytime. The HR recruiter kept in touch with me often to update me on the status of the interview process, which I appreciated.
